Our Car Care team can help diagnose and repair typical auto issues and will donate ALL the time and labor needed to get your car running safe. Each client (car owner) is required to pay for the parts needed for the repair. You can do this by buying parts ahead of time (if we know what parts are needed) or by paying for the parts at NAPA Antioch (we get a 15% discount) with a Car Care teammate with you to help. If you cannot pay for all or part of the cost for parts, you must fill out a Benevolence Request Form found on our website. If your case is one we cannot tackle or the repair falls in-between clinic dates, we can refer you to a local mechanic that works with us and helps with discounted rates. They can be trusted!
